Vesper Peak Skarn, Snohomish County, Washington, USA
Field of view is 3.0 mm. Micromount collected and prepared by Saul Krotki

Mindat photo caption by Saulk Krotki - "The specimen was mined by Bart Cannon at his "Vesper Garnet" claim some years ago. Clinozoisite is found throughout the east side of the skarn, almost always as vug filling material. Light honey yellow in color, the crystals range from delicate prismatic individuals, to thickened clusters with parallel twinning. Photomicrograph © Saul Krotki 2007 (.0807.2). Field of view 3.0 mm.
